Who says Organic can’t be Sexy?!  I hate to admit this, but I used to be one of those people that assumed the word “organic” was code for “boring”.  Had it not been for the constant talk about the negative effects of chemicals and parabens contained in many consumer products I would still be ignorant to the amazing offerings that many organic products provide.

What is a Multitasking Beauty Balm?

A multitasking balm can be used for a variety of things such as a lipstick, blush, highlighter, eye shadow or any other purpose you choose.  I have long since be a fan of the NARS Multiples so naturally I was ecstatic to find an organic alternative that does not sacrifice quality or staying power.

The Formula

The formula is 100% natural and created with 85% certified organic ingredients. What impressed me most is that the pigmentation was not sacrificed, quite the contrary actually.  Amongst its many fabulous ingredients are organic olive, coconut, and jojoba oils for the moisturizing and softening properties. It glides on like butter when applied, and when blended you can see and feel immediate hydration to that area.  It is delicious as a blush, and gives of a hint of glimmer on your skin.  As a lipstick the pigmentation is vibrant, but more amazing to me is the way it healed my severely chapped lips.  This product literally infuses skincare and color in one product, its brilliance.

Overall Thoughts

Dare I say that this product has moved into the rare “holy grail worthy” status in my cosmetics arsenal?  The $34 price tag is well justified by its rich hydrating properties, staying power, and by its ability to be utilized in place of several products.  Oh and bonus, this gem is free of synthetics, chemicals, parabens, mineral oil, petro chemicals, artificial ingredients, absolutely zero animal testing!
