INGLOT Eye Shadow Haul: 20 Swatches!

Occ Thumb2

On my recent trip to New York to cover the IMATS show I did some major damage at the Inglot booth in particular.  I am a huge fan of their Freedom Palettes and have been wanting to customize my own for a while now.  Not having a physical Inglot store in Atlanta, makes it hard to determine what shades I would prefer, not to mention I always have a hard time finding swatches of the shades I am interested in because there are hundreds to choose from.  I was told by several IMATS goers that the Inglot booth would be literally impossible to get close to, much less have the opportunity to swatch.  Was I going to let a few hundred fellow Inglot junkies detour me? Heck No! I marched my happy behind down to the Times Square Inglot Store, and swatched for an hour.   When I had a list put together I brought it to IMATS on Sunday and gave it to Inglot, and “viola” I was done!   Inglot products are already incredibly affordable, but I certainly couldn’t pass up the 30% show discount, “mama didn’t raise no fool”

The Skinny

If you have not had the opportunity to try Inglot cosmetics, I plead with you to do so immediately!  Inglot shadows and blushes are finely milled and glide on like butter, but perhaps most importantly the pigmentation is out of this world.  The price point is $6 per eye shadow pan, which is unreal for high end quality products. If you prefer to utilize  your own universal palette the Inglot shadows pop in to any magnetic palette nicely and securely.

Love the swatches and the colors you chose!

Sadly, Inglot just raised their prices to $6 per regular shadow.

They do look great on the swatches. And i like the compact concept with a magnet, very innovative! Sadly it is not available here in my country nor can i even afford one but i just content myself of watching yours and angela’s haul that it makes me feel like i own one too! ;)

Awesome information, does the Inglot booth give 30% off each $6 eyeshadows and then charge a seperate amount for the freedom palette itself? Would you momd sharing how much it costs for a full 24 shadow palette?!! Thanks so much I’m getting my list for IMATS NYC 2013 in order now just looking for more information.

Everything in the booth was actually 30% off :) So each eye shadow rings up 30% off, then the freedom pallets ring up 30% off as well :) So it cost me $84.00 for the 20 eye shadows after the discount. The freedom pallet I can’t remember off hand how much it was but it was 30% off retail. I think the entire pallet cost me right under $100 for the whole set :)
